The GO-4 at any DMV in California can be registered as a three-wheel motorcycle with simply a class C license. The GO-4 is registered with NHTSA and CARB.

For instance, the San Joaquin Air Pollution Control District publication offers up to $100,000 towards the newest MAX-EV model.
