Standard pricing is always FOB Winnipeg, Canada and USD. Please make sure to add frieght and PDI to your estimates.
Typical freight for one unit is $1500, a 53ft trailer is typically $4000, however this may be lower or higher depending on your proximity to Winnipeg.
For example one unit to Chicago is typically $900-1000, Miami is typically $1600-1800, Toronto is typically $1200-1400.
All EV’s need a charging cable option added (on price sheets), unless the customer has an appropriate charging station.
If the customer selected AC/Heat options, to properly enclose the space MAX-EV’s will need the rear cab wrapper option.
MAX-EV’s typically come with a flat deck, clamping walls are needed for the cargo deck option.
Sourcewell is easy to use. Fill in the first page of our price sheets. Ask customer their Sourcewell member number and list it. Copy us your quote to customer and their PO to you when submitting.
We can be audited by Sourcewell and need documentation on record.

Open market items must be listed separately on their quotation. Note something like ‘Open Market Item‘ or ‘Sourced Goods‘ and then the item.
Lead time is generally 90-180 days. Inquire at time of order. Dealer demo orders are usually expedited.
When quoting ALPR is is imperative to add our item descriptions to your quote to inform the customer of inclusions and exclusions.
All dealers should stock one gas and one EV diagnostic kit along with their demos.
